Victim Complex - Jan 2006 (ongoing project)
Unfinished narrative sequences from a self-motivated comic book series I work on in my free time. Issue 1 is a story about an unusual prank that was pulled on me when I was at high school. Whilst on a school trip to an outdoor activity centre in the north of Scotland some mischievious classmates created a strange effigy to puberty by suspending a pair of my underpants on the ladder of my bunk bed and covering them in Toothpaste and Shaving Foam. For the rest of the year I got called Peter 'Pants' Kerr.
Issue 2 is a story about a young couple having a tiff and is influenced by the short story 'Intamacy,' by Jean Paul Sartre. The story primarily consists of scenes showing a guy and girl talking to each other. Occasionally we see the inside of the guys' head showing another conversation going on between his Superego and ID.
